I like that it is short for better fitting in stud bays. I also like that there is no air intake on the butt end. When pushing on the back of the old drill during tough drilling I felt like I was cutting off half of its airflow. Buy it!Nice upgrade from the drill you get when you buy a combo kit which is the lower quality tool, night and day difference over the old drill which still works fine.tried to start a small gas engine with it on the crank nut, and it hits then just quits, sometimes, I have the older brushed version, no such glitching, the old one just spins it right over, the new brushless one hits hard then shuts off immediately. weird to me. some overload protection I would guess. I don't like the way it acts.This is a refurbished item. When test this drill under load, it failed. The drill stop working until I release the trigger switch and re-engage again to continue. This happens multiple times until I had enought.Replaced my 14 year old brushed lxt that finally gave out. Not much to say.
