Okay so I am compelled to write a review for these blinds because there weren't many there when I ordered mine and it was very scary to spend $300 on the blind that I needed without being able to check a lot of reviews. My blinds are top down bottom up Roman shades with the valance and they are approximately 65 in wide and 57 in long so a custom size. They were expensive to me at$300 but they would have cost probably $1,000 each somewhere retail here. They are excellent quality they're heavy, they're beautiful, they're room blackout. (I got them lined with white). The white lining is more opaque grayish, slightly off-white, not bright white. I ordered one initially to make sure I would like it and then I ordered the other. They are quick to respond they delivered on time I requested it on a rush it cost $6 extra! With this order I requested some samples for potential future orders and they sent me I think every sample that they have with my blind for free! I haven't had them for a really long time yet but they seem to work very well they're in a guest bedroom so they will not get a lot of use. Since they are so heavy and dense I guess I might be concerned in a high use area?Because they might start to break down being so heavy? When I ordered the second blind I made sure they knew it was to follow up to a prior order and that it needed to match exactly and it absolutely matches perfect it's beautiful! And it fits perfectly in the window. (Inside mount). I highly recommend this company these are very nice quality very high end they look exquisite. The only thing I would say is that when they're open they kind of poof out in the middle because they are so heavy. That is not a detriment in my opinion I don't think you could get thick quality blinds like this without that happening. I'll post pictures and a video. Also it appears that the return policy is generous. I haven't had any issues and didn't need to return but they seem to have excellent customer service. Oh gosh and I got pattern number 11. And they are easy to install you do have to screw brackets to your window frame.
