Features

REALISTIC TOOL FUNCTIONS - The battery-powered pretend drill tool included in the toy set actually offers realistic drilling noises when the button is pushes, which means your little one can excitedly mimic mom or dad working around the house. The tape measure included in the set is also fully functional and realistic, making it an excellent learning tool as well.

SAFE, SUPER STRONG & EXTRA DURABLE - pieces made out of the sturdiest and safest materials around. Toy tools will be resistant to your kid throwing, dropping or banging them around while playing and pretending. Your child will be able to pass them on to younger siblings once they are old enough.

INCLUDES PORTABLE STORAGE CASE - comes with a plastic carrying case that allows your kiddo to take the tools on road trips, camping trips, playground visits or vacations. The case also encourages your child to keep his or her toy tools organized and off of the floor.

GREAT GIFT IDEA FOR KIDS: This toy tool set for kids makes a fantastic gift idea for toddlers ages 3-6! Thanks to the gender-neutral colors of the tool set, it makes a wonderful gift idea for little boys and a fab gift idea for little girls who enjoy hanging out with daddy in the garage. Give it as a kid's birthday gift or surprise your little one on Christmas morning with it.

My son is always taking my tools so I thought this would be a great set for him and it is! The power drill works better than I expected and actually has pieces that can be interchanged like real drill bits. The pieces of course never get back into the case, but I appreciate that it came in a durable case anyway. I try to get as many pieces as possible back into when I can find them all! The pieces are strong enough that none are broken yet. At the same time, I've not seen any damage to my furniture or walls from the tools either which is the best part.Lost one star:- The tape measure "broke" within a few days of play. I was able to fix it or I would probably have taken off another star. The yellow tape was pulled out of the blue case completely. Thankfully it was made with normal screws so I opened it up. The yellow tape measure had been held onto the spool with just a small bit of clear tape. I used a longer & stronger piece of tape but know it may come off again. I bothered with fixing it because this is the tool of mine that gets taken most so he needs his own!- The safety goggles are tight on my son's head. He's only 3 but we know his head is a bit larger, still it has been an issue for him. He really wants to wear it but I can't get it adjusted to point to make him comfortable.***Kidzlane Company - Please take note***Your ad/product description is a bit old fashioned. I did buy this for a boy, but not so he could be "just like daddy". Mom uses the tools most in this house and my daughter has played with the set as much as her brother. Girls are mentioned briefly in the ad and there was one picture of a girl holding the tools so it's not offensive or anything, but there's not a single mention of mom or a picture of a mom with her kids.My daughter is always wanting to help me with projects. This tool set gave her the ability to without me worrying she will hurt herself. The tape measure pulls out very easily so I did have to take it apart to fix that. Other than that it’s still holding strong! The tool box is cute but I wish it came with something for my son to pretend he is putting the nuts and bolts in.My toddler has been trying to mess with our *real* power drill, and overall he likes to copy what we do so I looked around for a play tool set that had a drill that made noise or moved. This kit had one, and good reviews. Lordy, I am glad I bought it. My kid is obsessed with his toy drill. Not only does it have different bits that he can switch out, but the thing actually works with the "screws", and it has a forward and reverse. The ratchet makes a sound when you move it! The wrench is adjustable! The screwdriver also fits the screws. I did not expect that level. I used the cardboard box it came in to set up a project for him: I punched holes in the box and put some of the screws (they are really plastic bolts, they have nuts that fit the wrench), and my kiddo has been gladly "building" away. For real, this is a good deal, and my only advice is to that younger tod's might try to eat the screw/bolt/nuts, and watch them running with the tools, they are sturdy enough you want to be careful about waving them near eyes and such. Otherwise, cannot recommend enough!A learning gift for toddlers. Recognize each tool and its purpose. Unfortunately the drill sound is so light you could barely hear it.My grandson loves it!My almost 4 year old is thrilled with this set! He has been 'building' and 'fixing' everything insight all morning. These do not seem cheaply made, but yet are light weight. The drill has 3 different bits and really moves. I was not sure if he would be able to maneuver the screws and nuts, because his fine motor is slightly behind, but he can!As others have mentioned and as the product listing and packaging clearly indicate, this would not be appropriate for a 2 year old, there is a set by a different brand with a purple drill and brown carrying case that I have in my play therapy office, which is great for toddlers. The nuts are not tiny, but they could still become lodged in a throat or in the back of the mouth. The drill bits, screw driver, and screws would also pose as a choking hazard. It Should come with items that you can use the tool set with!Lovely little tool box for kidsThis was a big hit with my Great Grandson he loved it. Loads of play value, sturdy and well made.My grandson was over the moon with this set!!Not worth the moneyMy nephew loves this a d when anything breaks thinks he can mend it !!
